FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Still have questions? Call us or send a note.

How much does house cleaning cost in Reno?

Pricing depends on home size, condition, and whether you need ongoing or one-time cleaning. We give a free flat-rate quote before the visit, so you know the price before we start.

What's included in a deep cleaning?

A deeper reset for kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, baseboards, cabinet fronts, reachable detail areas, and floors. It is best for first-time clients, seasonal resets, or homes that have not had a professional clean recently.

How does the free deep clean upgrade work?

When you sign up for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring plan, we upgrade your first clean to a full top-to-bottom deep clean at no extra charge. The upgrade is fully free as long as you keep your plan for at least 3 consecutive visits. If you cancel before the third visit, the first clean is billed as a one-time deep clean.

How long does a move-out clean take?

Most move-out cleans in Reno take 3–6 hours depending on square footage, level of buildup, whether the home is empty, and any add-ons. Our checklist is designed to meet landlord and property management standards.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring pro-grade supplies and equipment for every visit. Have product preferences or allergies? Just let us know when you book and we'll accommodate whenever possible.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Reno, Sparks, and nearby neighborhoods, including South Reno, Damonte Ranch, Midtown, and Spanish Springs.
