These Terms of Service apply when you use the Altitude Cleaning Crew website, request a quote, book a cleaning, or receive services from us. By requesting or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Altitude Cleaning Crew provides residential and related cleaning services in Reno and Sparks, NV. Available services may include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, apartment cleaning, short-term rental cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
The exact scope of work depends on the service you book, the condition of the property, access, safety, and any written notes or exclusions agreed before the appointment.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of the request, including home size, condition, service type, frequency, and requested scope. We aim to provide clear flat-rate pricing when possible.
If the home condition, access, scope, or information provided differs materially from what was quoted, pricing and timing may be adjusted before work begins. We will communicate material changes when identified.
Booking and scheduling
Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. Arrival windows may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, access issues, or other operational needs. We will do our best to communicate delays or schedule changes promptly.
Access to the property
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This may include keys, lockbox codes, gate codes, parking instructions, building access, alarm instructions, or another agreed access method.
If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.
Preparing for service
Please remove or secure fragile, valuable, irreplaceable, hazardous, or sensitive items before the appointment. Please also identify any special surfaces, damaged areas, loose fixtures, antiques, heirlooms, or items requiring special care.
Cleaning professionals may decline to clean unsafe areas, biohazards, pest infestations, excessive waste, hoarding conditions, mold-heavy areas, or any condition that presents a health or safety risk.
Pets
Please secure pets before and during service unless other arrangements are agreed. We love pets, but we need to protect your animals, our cleaners, and the quality of the appointment.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided during booking or invoicing. You agree to pay all charges for services requested and completed, including applicable fees, taxes, add-ons, cancellations, lockouts, or other agreed charges.
Past-due balances may pause future service until resolved.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, same-day changes, lockouts, or appointments where the home is not serviceable may be subject to fees.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If something within the booked scope was missed, contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a touch-up or other reasonable resolution.
The guarantee applies to the agreed cleaning scope and does not cover areas outside the booked service, pre-existing damage, permanent staining, restoration-level work, inaccessible areas, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through normal cleaning.
Damage or breakage
If accidental damage occurs, please notify us promptly. We may request photos, documentation, or an inspection. Our responsibility is limited to direct, documented damage caused by our service and does not include pre-existing damage, normal wear, loose or improperly installed items, fragile items not disclosed, or consequential damages.
Recurring service
Recurring service frequency, pricing, and scope may be adjusted if home condition, household needs, service area, availability, or requested work changes over time. We will communicate material changes before they take effect.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
Our website may link to third-party booking, payment, review, analytics, or communication tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude Cleaning Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a cleaning service is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
