Before your cleaner leaves, walk through your priority areas. If we missed something, tell us while we’re there and we’ll fix it. Your cleaner also checks each room they could access against the checklist and may take photos of the finished work.

If it hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, start here. We handle the Routine tasks plus baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, heavier kitchen and bathroom buildup, and reachable detail dusting.

Not included:

Biohazard, hoarding, pest waste, animal waste, construction debris, restoration work, or full wall washing.

Empty-home reset

Move-In / Move-Out

Included:

Best when the home is empty. We clean emptied cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, a normal-use oven, vents, outlets, sills, and any sweep areas in your quote.

Not included:

If furniture or boxes remain, we clean what we can reach. Carpet or upholstery extraction and cleaning behind heavy appliances are outside our service and may require a specialist.

Dirt Code

The 1–10 condition score.

Dirt Code 1–4 means light or maintained buildup. Dirt Code 5 may need a Deep Clean. Dirt Code 6+ requires photos before booking.

Heavier buildup can take more time. Photos help us quote it correctly and avoid surprises. If more time is needed, we’ll always ask before continuing. Additional cleaning is $60 per service hour.

Before we arrive

  • Pick up clothing, toys, trash, dishes, paperwork, and personal items from floors and surfaces.
  • Tell us about every room, priority area, access instruction, and add-on before service starts.
  • Unlock rooms and provide working keys or codes. If we can’t access it, we can’t clean it.
  • Move-In / Move-Out cleans work best when the home is empty. If boxes or furniture remain, we clean what we can reach.
  • Fridge, oven, cabinets, drawers, and closets must be emptied before interior cleaning.
  • Dirt Code 6+ requires photos before booking. Heavier buildup may need more time, so photos help us quote it correctly and avoid surprises.
  • Please do a quick walkthrough before we start when possible.

Services we don’t perform

  • Climbing beyond a two-step ladder or unsafe high areas
  • Moving items over 25 lbs, heavy furniture, appliances, or large rugs
  • Mold, pest waste, hoarding, biohazard, bodily fluids, urine, feces, or animal waste cleanup
  • Carpet shampooing, stain extraction, upholstery cleaning, or floor restoration
  • Full wall washing or paint-risk work
  • Construction debris removal or post-renovation dust without a custom quote
  • Fragile antiques, fine art, electronics, or irreplaceable items beyond light dusting around them

Your clean type and add-ons define the job. If you want something else handled, ask us before the appointment.

We check our work

Before leaving, your cleaner checks each room they could access against the checklist and takes photos where helpful.

If the home needs more work

We stop and call. You can keep the original price and prioritize the checklist, or approve more cleaning at $60 per service hour. Nothing gets added to your bill without your approval.

One service hour

One cleaner for one hour. Two cleaners for 30 minutes. Same thing. The size of the crew never changes your flat-rate price.

Add-ons are planned ahead

Spare time does not turn an add-on into part of the clean. Ask us about add-ons before service.

Custom priority cleans

You choose the priorities. We work through them in order. More time still requires your approval.
