This guide compares Routine Clean, Deep Clean, and Move-In / Move-Out. It shows what is included, what is an add-on, what is not included, and when extra time needs approval.
Routine maintains a home. Deep resets a home. Move-In / Move-Out is for empty or nearly empty homes.
Maintained-home upkeep
Included:
Regular reset areas: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash, and visible living spaces.
Not included:
First cleans, heavy buildup, move-outs, empty-home interiors, or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.
Best first clean
Included:
Everything in Routine Clean plus detail work: exposed baseboards, door frames, heavier kitchen/bathroom buildup, cabinet fronts, and reachable detail dusting.
Not included:
Biohazard, hoarding, pest waste, animal waste, construction debris, restoration work, or full wall washing.
Empty-home reset
Included:
Deep Clean where reachable plus inside empty cabinets, drawers, closets, empty fridge, normal oven interior, vents, outlets, sills, and garage/basement sweep.
Not included:
Homes still full of boxes, furniture, trash, food, or belongings unless extra time is approved before service.

Must be emptied before service.

Move-In / Move-Out includes normal oven cleaning. Severe burnt-on buildup may need approved extra time.

Additional service time
$55 per additional service hour, billed in 30-minute increments
Approved extra time is $55 per additional service hour, billed in 30-minute increments. We ask before continuing. If extra time is not approved, we prioritize kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and visible living areas.
30 approved minutes = $27.50.
One cleaner working one extra hour equals one additional service hour. Two cleaners working 30 extra minutes each also equals one additional service hour.
An add-on is not included merely because the cleaner has enough time. Add-ons must be quoted and approved before service.
Custom cleans follow approved priorities, not the full checklist. When time is capped, the full checklist is not promised.
Ask before the appointment. If it is not in the clean type or approved add-ons, assume it is not included.
Please complete a final walkthrough when possible. If a checklist item was missed, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a re-clean under our satisfaction policy.
