Terms Of Service

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve written them in plain language, but they still protect both you and us.

Booking & Payments
- Estimates are based on bedroom/bathroom count and square footage, powered by Fieldd’s system and refined from thousands of cleans.
- A $1 authorization checks your card’s validity. You’re only charged after your cleaning is complete.
- If your home’s condition differs from your description (heavy clutter, excessive dirt, pet hair, etc.), pricing may be adjusted based on time and complexity.
- We’ll confirm changes with you or offer a free pre-clean inspection. If unreachable, we may reschedule and apply a $100 cancellation fee.
- No hazardous conditions (mold, asbestos, infestations). Service may be refused if detected, with applicable fees.
- Chargebacks: You agree not to dispute valid charges or initiate chargebacks. Concerns must go through our resolution process first.
- Platform: Bookings are made via Fieldd. By booking, you also accept Fieldd’s Terms.
Arrival & Access
- 30-minute arrival window for traffic/delays.
- Provide safe/timely access (door codes, keys, instructions).
- After 15 minutes without access, a $100 lockout fee applies.
- You confirm your home is free of health/safety hazards.
Cancellation & Lockout Policy
- Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment: ✅ No fee
- Lockout (cleaner cannot access home within 15 minutes of arrival): ⚠️ $100 lockout fee
- Cancel under 48 hours: ❌ Full service charge applies
- You acknowledge these fees before booking. We may offer partial waivers on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues in good faith.
Right to Refuse Service
We may cancel or stop service immediately if we encounter:
- Unsafe conditions (exposed wires, weapons, hostile pets)
- Infestation, hoarding, or excessive filth
- No utilities (power, water)
- Threatening/abusive behavior
Lockout fees still apply.
Service Limitations
We do not provide:
- Exterior windows above ground level, roof/attic cleaning
- Heavy lifting (25+ lbs furniture, 35+ lbs appliances)
- Pest control or biohazards
- Pet care or personal errands
- Harsh chemical cleaning
- Use of homeowner’s equipment (not liable for malfunctions)
- Work in homes without utilities or unsafe conditions
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all driveways, walkways, entrances, and stairs are reasonably clear of snow and ice prior to arrival. If safe access is not available upon arrival, service may be skipped or rescheduled at our discretion. This is considered a client access issue.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- If a walkthrough isn’t done and you’re not happy, notify us within 24 hours.
- We’ll send someone back free of charge.
- Refunds are rare and only considered if we can’t resolve after a re-clean.
Breakage, Damage & Valuables
- Insured with $2M general liability coverage.
- Report damage within 24 hours.
- Secure/disclose fragile or irreplaceable items in advance.
- No coverage for mold, asbestos, or unsafe surfaces.
Direct Hiring Prohibited
- You may not hire our cleaners privately for 12 months after your last service.
- If you do, a $2,500 referral fee applies, enforceable under Nevada law.
Independent Contractors
- All cleaners are independent contractors, not employees.
- We coordinate services but are not liable for contractor actions outside scheduled cleans.
- Substitutes may be assigned as needed, following the same training standards.
Pets
- We ❤ pets, but please secure them during cleans.
- If a cleaner feels unsafe, they may leave, and fees may still apply.
Supplies & Allergies
- We bring our own vetted supplies unless you request otherwise.
- We’re not liable for reactions/damage from customer-provided products.
Photos & Records
- Photos may be taken of completed work for training/quality checks.
- Retained up to 12 months, then deleted.
- No personal items/people photographed without consent.
Privacy & Data Use
We use your data only to deliver services. This may include sharing with:
- Cleaners
- Fieldd (booking system)
- Stripe (payment processing)
We don’t sell or rent your data.
SMS: You agree to receive texts for updates or marketing. Text STOP to unsubscribe.
Dispute Resolution
- Contact us within 14 days for informal resolution.
- Unresolved disputes: mediation or small claims court in Washoe County, Nevada.
- You waive rights to class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
- Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 2 percent per month (24 percent annually) on any outstanding balance until paid in full. Clients are responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in recovering overdue amounts.
Legal Disclaimers
- Limitation of Liability: Not liable for indirect or incidental damages under Nevada law.
- Force Majeure: Not responsible for delays due to illness, severe weather, traffic, or outages.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by Nevada, USA law.
Policy Updates
We may update terms at any time. Material changes communicated via:

Continued bookings = acceptance of latest version.

By booking with Altitude Cleaning Crew, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these terms. Enforceable with or without a physical signature.
