There are two ways to build a home service business.
One gets as big as possible. The other stays worth trusting. Here's the one we chose.
One way is to get as big as possible. Add more trucks. More territories. More managers. More call centers. Eventually, the owner disappears. You're left talking to a different person every time you call, paying a little more every year, and wondering who - if anyone - is actually responsible.
The other way is to grow without losing what made people trust you in the first place. That's the company we're building.
I'm Rohan, the owner of Altitude Cleaning Crew. I bought the business in 2025 and merged in NV Local Cleaning Services that same year. Not because I wanted to build the biggest cleaning company in Nevada. Because I wanted to build one people genuinely trust.
Since then, we've completed 2,544 cleans across Reno and Sparks. But the number I'm proudest of isn't the clean count. It's the fact that our customers trust us with the keys to their homes. That's something you earn one visit at a time.
If you call us, there's a good chance you'll talk to me. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. No phone tree. No ticket number. No passing the buck. Just accountability.
Your time is your freedom.
Freedom to spend Saturday with your family instead of scrubbing bathrooms.
Freedom to build your career without coming home to another list of chores.
Freedom to travel, rest, create, and enjoy the life you worked hard to build.
A clean home may seem like a small thing. But the hours it gives back are not.
More room for the life you’re building.
We don't really sell cleaning. We sell Saturday mornings. We sell walking into a home that already feels taken care of. We sell one less thing on your mental checklist. Cleaning is simply how we deliver it.
Built to grow without losing our values.
When you hire a local business, your money doesn't disappear into a corporate headquarters somewhere. It stays here. It helps create local jobs. It supports local families. It gets spent at local restaurants, coffee shops, and hardware stores.
That's the American Dream. Not a slogan. A person building something they're proud of. Customers who know who's behind the business. Doing honest work. Charging a fair price. Standing behind it when something goes wrong.
Values that show up in every visit.
Freedom
A clean home should give time back, not add another decision to your week.
Accountability
Clear expectations, vetted cleaners, and a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
Pride
We care about the details because this work supports real homes, families, and neighborhoods.
We're not trying to be everywhere. We're trying to become the company your neighbor recommends without hesitation. If we're still earning that recommendation twenty years from now, we'll know we built something that lasts.
